We start things off with a quick video call, where we discuss your needs, budget, timeline and other basic info. According to our talk we design a custom proposal for you that also acts as a contract once signed.

It’s time for the very important, but also time consuming discovery video call(s). You’ll receive a questionnaire beforehand so you can prepare for our discussion, but even then this phase can require several sessions, since it can get quite tiring otherwise. We understand this takes a lot of time, energy and cooperation from you, however it also gives us the very necessary information to really understand you and your brand.

This is where all your previously invested time and energy pay off. After doing some (and then some more) behind the scenes work, we present you with the complete concept for your brand. Since we believe the brand only works as a whole, we also want to present it as such, so no little snippets before that.
Our work is based on the OCM (one concept method), which means we only present a single, best fitting brand concept for you. This way we do the hard work of filtering out the absolute best idea from the whole pile and putting all of our energy into the winning one. In our experience our clients appreciate avoiding decision fatigue and usually know quite fast, if the concept is right for them. If not, we start this phase again from the beginning.

We’re at the finish line, finalizing the winning concept, making the last tweaks and delivering it to you in the agreed formats. This is where you get your whole package, including a complete brand book. However, if your business also needs a website, we start at the beginning of the process again and have some more fun.
